Certificates, and the paperwork a school hands out
Every certificate a school issues, from a leaving certificate to a prize award, designed once and printed whenever it is needed, with a record of who received what.
- NewCertificates: write the wording once with tags like the pupil's name and class, then print it for a whole class or a single pupil. Five certificates to start from, all editable.
- NewTransfer certificates download as a numbered PDF per pupil, with the particulars already filled in, including the days the pupil was present out of the days the school was open.
- NewEvery certificate goes on record with its own number, so years later the office can answer what was issued to a pupil and when. A second copy is marked as a reissue.

Birthdays, elections, and messages that actually arrive
Nobody's birthday passes unnoticed, prefect elections run inside Skula, and every bulk message now records exactly who it reached.
- NewBirthdays: a card on the dashboard and a morning alert naming whose birthday it is. Admins see the whole school, teachers see their own classes.
- NewBirthday wishes by SMS, WhatsApp or in-app, sent by hand to whoever you tick, or automatically each morning for schools that switch it on.
- NewE-Voting: run a school election with secret ballots, live turnout and published results, with each pupil voting from their own login.
- NewMessages can be scheduled for a date and time, and now go out on their own without anyone waiting by the screen.
- ImprovedThe messaging log lists the real recipients, the outcome for each one, and whether a WhatsApp message was delivered and read.
- FixedFee totals are counted by the date money was actually paid, not the date the fee record was opened, so the dashboard agrees with the receipts.

School fees counted inside Finance, a proper cash book, and payroll that works out SSNIT and PAYE the way Ghana Revenue expects.
